Required qualifications
These are the requirements for a groundsman. Alternative CS units are accepted where equivalent.
- NPTC Level 2 – 201, 202, 203 and 206 (access a tree with rope and harness)
- NPTC Level 2 – 306 (carrying out aerial rescue operations)
- Alternative: CS 30, 31, 38, 39
- NPTC Level 3 – 300 (felling trees with a chainsaw using felling techniques)
